Subscription FAQ

Is there a free trial? Do I need a credit card?

Yes. WunderTrading offers a 7-day free trial on the Pro plan. You can also start immediately on the lifetime Free plan with no time limit — bot trading and manual trading are available at no cost. Payment details are only required if you choose to subscribe to a paid plan.

What happens when my trial ends?

Your account automatically switches to the Free plan — no charges are applied and no action is needed. You keep access to the platform and can upgrade to a paid plan at any time.

Are my funds safe? Does WunderTrading have access to my money?

WunderTrading connects to your exchange via API keys with trading permissions only. You are explicitly required to disable withdrawal access when creating the API key — this ensures that you can trade through WunderTrading, but can never withdraw your funds from the exchange. For additional protection, you can whitelist WunderTrading's IP addresses at the exchange level.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan at any time?

Yes. When you upgrade, your remaining days on the current plan are converted into monetary credit and applied toward the new plan cost. For example: 10 remaining days on a Basic plan = $6.65 credit toward your upgrade. When you downgrade, the same recalculation applies, but note that plan limits take effect immediately — if your active bots exceed the new plan's limits, some bots or API connections may be disabled.

What is the cancellation policy?

You can cancel at any time from the Billing Tab in your account. Cancellation stops automatic renewal — your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which the account reverts to the Free plan. No penalty or fee applies.
Note: if you pay with cryptocurrency, there is no auto-renewal to begin with — each period must be renewed manually.

Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?

Yes. Annual billing offers up to 25% off compared to monthly rates. When switching, any unused time on your current billing cycle is converted to credit and applied to the new billing period.

Which payment methods do you accept? Can I pay with crypto?

WunderTrading accepts:
• Cards: Visa, Mastercard
• Digital wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay
• Cryptocurrency: Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDC, and 10+ additional coins
• Crypto payments do not support automatic renewal — you will need to manually renew each billing period.

What happens to my bots and open positions if I downgrade?

Plan limits apply immediately upon downgrade. If your active bots or API keys exceed the limits of the new plan, they will be disabled — however, any positions already open will continue to be monitored until they close. New positions on disabled bots or APIs will not be opened. It is recommended to review your active bots before downgrading so you know which ones will be affected.

Can I get a refund?

If you're not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 7 days of purchasing any paid plan — no questions asked. Simply submit a ticket to the support team and we'll process it for you.

Can I trade on Hyperliquid for free?

Yes. When you connect Hyperliquid to WunderTrading, you automatically receive a Premium subscription at no cost — no paid plan required.
A small builder fee of 0.035% per trade applies, charged directly on execution. For example, trading $100 means a fee of $0.035. This is the only cost associated with trading on Hyperliquid through WunderTrading.
