For any question, request, or concern about this Privacy Policy or your personal information, please contact us at [email protected].
Depending on how you use the Service, we may collect the following categories of personal information:

We do not carry out identity verification (KYC) and do not collect government-issued identity documents. We do not collect or infer information about your political exposure, source of funds, or similar matters.
Providing your email address and password is necessary to create an Account and use the Service; without this information, we are unable to provide the Service to you. Providing other categories of information described above is necessary only to the extent you choose to use the corresponding feature (for example, connecting an exchange account, subscribing to a paid plan, or enabling Telegram notifications); if you do not provide it, the corresponding feature will not be available to you.
The Service is not directed at, and is not intended for use by, individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from someone under 18, we will take steps to delete it.
We use personal information to: provide, maintain, and secure the Service, including relaying your configured trading instructions and displaying your exchange data to you (necessary to perform our contract with you); manage your subscription and reconcile payments received from our payment processor (necessary to perform our contract with you, and to comply with accounting and tax obligations); respond to support requests and communicate with you about the Service; detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, or security incidents, and enforce our Terms of Use (based on our legitimate interest in keeping the Service safe and lawful); create aggregated, anonymised, and de-identified statistics from Service usage, which we use to show you and other users aggregate platform statistics (such as trading volumes) and for our own internal analytics and product development (based on our legitimate interest in understanding and improving the Service); send you optional product updates or notifications you have opted into (based on your consent, which you may withdraw at any time); and comply with applicable legal obligations.
We do not sell or share your personal information for monetary or other consideration. We do not use your personal information to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects concerning you; any trading actions taken through the Service are carried out solely on your own instructions and configuration.

Where we use third-party analytics, support, or similar tools, those providers may place cookies on your device or process information about your use of the Site or Service in accordance with their own privacy policies.
We disclose personal information to: hosting and infrastructure providers, who process it on our behalf and under our instructions to operate and secure the Site; our payment processor, analytics providers, and other third-party tools we use to provide the Service, each of which processes information in accordance with its own privacy policy and any applicable data processing terms; professional advisors, such as auditors, accountants, and legal counsel, where necessary for their engagement (for example, in connection with an audit or a legal dispute); regulators, law enforcement, or other authorities where required by applicable law; and any successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. We do not otherwise disclose your personal information to third parties without your consent.

Where this is the case, we rely on appropriate safeguards recognised under applicable data protection law, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, to ensure your personal information continues to receive an adequate level of protection.
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to: request access to the personal information we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information; request deletion of your personal information; request that we restrict or object to certain processing; request a copy of your personal information in a portable format; and withdraw any consent you have given, at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
You can delete your Account directly via your account settings at any time; this removes the personal information associated with it, except for records we are required to retain under applicable law (such as billing and accounting records, which we must keep for at least 5 years) or to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. For this or any other right described in this section, you can also contact us at [email protected]. If you are not satisfied with our response and you are located in the European Union, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data State Inspectorate of Latvia (Datu valsts inspekcija) or with the supervisory authority in your own country of residence.
We use technical and organisational measures designed to protect your personal information from loss, misuse, unauthorised access, or disclosure, including encryption of API key credentials, one-way hashing of passwords, encrypted transmission of data, and access controls limiting personal information to authorised personnel who are bound by confidentiality obligations. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; if we become aware of a security incident affecting your personal information, we will notify you and the relevant supervisory authority where required by applicable law.
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Service, to comply with our legal, tax, and accounting obligations, and to resolve disputes, and in any event for no longer than five years after your Account is closed, unless a longer retention period is required by applicable law.
